This has been circling the news cycle again lately, so this may be new information that you haven’t seen previously. Heated Rivalry is the most-watched non-animated show on HBO Max since the streamer launched in 2020. An incredible feat!
A great profile on Christina Chang in Crimson & Blue – Before millions knew her as Shane Hollander’s mom, Yuna, in HBO Max’s colossal hit show “Heated Rivalry,” Christina Chang was a regular onstage at KU, performing in University Theatre productions throughout her four years on Mount Oread.

Hudson Williams will be on the jury panel at the Run N Gun Film Festival. (Thanks Daphne for sending this one in!)
Most people know Hudson for his incredible performance as Shane Hollander on the Canadian taxpayer-funded Heated Rivalry. We know him as someone who’s participated in every one of our competitions since 2021, starting with Super Support. Most of the weirdest videos on his digital footprint are courtesy of our equally weird competitions.
Hudson has directed two Shits N Giggles-winning films (@sngfest) Buttons and Soakers, so he’s more than qualified to judge you all. We’re beyond stoked to have him giving back to our little festival.
